Program Policies

  1. Registration Procedure
    • On-site:

      • There will be 2-3 on-site registration during school session. CSA will notify the details through email and the web for each semester

    • Mail in:

    Mail the registration form and tuition payment to

    Please download the registration form from "Registration" on CSA web site
    Please make the check payable to CSA

  2. Tuition and Fees
    • Registration fee: $10/year/student

      • Note: Only one registration fee is paid if a student attending more than one class;
      Waived for returning students if registered on or before January 1st, 2012.

    • Language classes (Pre-K – 9th Grade, Other Chinese Language Classes): $170/semester

      • Family discount: $150 for the 2nd student, $130 for the 3rd student

    • Book & Material Fee: $20
    • Culture classes: $120/semester
    • Junior activity club: $60/semester

      • Junior activities include:
      Outdoor ball games, field activities, martial art, chess, board games…
      Some classes may require material fee

    • Activity fee (for participating any activity hosted on CSA premises, including but not limited to
      volleyball, basketball, table tennis, yoga, aerobics, Taichi, chorus):

      • $20/CSA-family (having one member enrolled to a CSA program)
      $60/non-CSA-family

    • Late fee:

    $10/student - A late fee will be charged for payment received after the second class

  3. Withdraw and refund policy

    4. 100% refund after 1 class; 80% after 2 classes; No refund after 3 or more classes. Registration fee, material fee,
    and late fee are not refundable.

    Please download the registration "Cancellation Form" from CSA web site and
    submit is to CSA Registrar
